Sales support

  • Assist showroom clients. Advise them according to their needs/requirements.
  • Ensure details of new clients/designers/prospect designers are uploaded in Exact.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices.
  • Collect payments and give payment receipts or cash to the Finance Manager.
  • Print quotations and invoices and save them in the Progress File.


  • Coordinate deliveries with clients and storage team. The Sales Representative is responsible for a smooth delivery process from A-Z including following up on client payment before delivery.
  • Contact the client and set a delivery date.
  • Follow up on balance payment.
  • Communicate details of delivery to Storage Manager 2 days in advance and enter the delivery in the Delivery calendar.
  • Manage paperwork (delivery notes, cash receipts, etc.) with the Administrative Officer.

Stock management

  • Track sales and items that need to be re-ordered.
  • Send list of items with relative item codes to Showroom Manager. 
  • Attend regular order meetings (twice per month) for reorders and new orders.
  • Ensure that stock changes are correctly reflected in Exact.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with the yearly stock count.

Showroom operations

  • Responsible for showroom appearance. Everything needs to be tidy, working properly and clean for our high-end clients. If lighting is not working or items are damaged, escalate this to the storage manager so this can be replaced or repaired immediately.
  • Assist with showroom changes in cooperation with the design team  and the Showroom Manager. To be able to rotate the stock efficiently, Zahid will print out an up-to-date stocklist for the showroom manager and design team on every 1st team meeting of the month.
  • Rotate stock every 8/10 weeks based on the outcome of the meeting – arrange installation and de-installation of the items with the storage team. 
  • Coordinate stock changes in Exact together with the Storage Manager. Showroom changes to be listed by the Showroom Manager in a booklet behind the counter to keep track of the changes.

Social media

  • Prepare social media plan (Instagram & Facebook).
  • Maintain regular posts.
  • Reply to requests received via Instagram or Facebook.
