About the job 
  • Oversee & implement HR Policies, Process & Strategies
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of effective human resources system that meets the information needs of top management
  • Monitors the budget and plans of the Department, to continuously update the Management with the status and required changes
  • Lead & direct manpower planning & recruitment programs
  • Liaise with PR Dept for Employment Visa process
  • Develop, implement & institutionalise performance management system
  • Coordinate with Government authorities for all Personnel & Admin. matters & ensure respective compliance
  • Plan, schedule and administer the leave activities of all employees
  • Submit the Management reports regularly.
  • Do the Analysis & Studies as per the instructions of Management.
