MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To represent the company in the UAE
• To front-end the entire design process for design-build or design-projects along with their clients’ local build partner (well-established interior design in Dubai)
• Be a strong networker and be able to grow the network resulting in design-build or design-projects within corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality clients
• Highly proficient in presentations of the company’s corporate and design profile
• Achieve business goals and revenue targets
• Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiate contracts
• Plan, evaluate and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective
• Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards
• Ensure company standards and procedures are followed
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances
• Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal actions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be experienced in a Dubai-based Architect-led company for minimum 10 years
• Must have a proven track record in building an organization from scratch
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in BA, Management, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Preference will be given to applicants with a robust and sound existing network with decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is a must
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license a must
