One of their new projects is to open showrooms worldwide to represent their own designed and produced modern luxury furniture brand including exclusive pieces designed with famous international designers. The first one to open now in sunny Miami, Florida.

Position Summary

We’re looking for an outstanding, entrepreneurial Sales & Design Consultant who is responsible for understanding clients’ needs to offer the very best service while maximizing monthly and annual sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, ideally in the high-end luxury furniture market and/or interior design industry. 

He/she will serve as a brand ambassador, have excellent communication skills, and can passionately present own produced collection to the customers.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Apply client outreach, sales techniques, cross-selling, to develop and implement a sales strategy to reach individual and overall sales goals.
  • Partner with clients to explore and identify all design needs within each project.
  • Communicate and embody brand message.
  • Manage showroom merchandising, inventory, and layout.
  • Place and follow up on customer orders; troubleshoot client issues and ensure client success.
  • Keep showroom accounts up to date on new products and offerings through a targeted outreach strategy.
  • Expand his/her working knowledge of the company’s own collections to become a trusted expert through product knowledge.
  • Build a strong customer fellowship through consistent delivery of the highest quality product and client service.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have/Are

  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury furniture and interior design industry.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Outstanding selling skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Able to identify growth opportunities, high potential customers & new accounts.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing experience for each client

Qualifications

  • Interior design degree and experience is highly desirable
  • Fluency is Spanish is a clear advantage
