About the client 
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Summary:

The role involves overseeing and optimizing recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include analyzing recruitment needs, developing sourcing strategies, monitoring recruitment performance, training HR recruiters, and maintaining compliance with recruitment laws. The position requires leadership skills to manage a recruitment team, improve recruitment strategies, and ensure high-quality service to internal departments. The role also involves evaluating recruitment agencies, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and address recruitment needs and policies.
  • Improve recruitment performance through dashboards and process changes.
  • Ensure legal compliance in recruitment practices.
  • Motivate and guide the recruitment team, including training new HR Recruiters.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and review KPIs.
  • Supervise the recruitment team and establish operational hiring metrics.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment software and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and data to inform recruitment strategies.

Skills and Experience:

  • 8 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in various software applications.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to improve complex processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
