About the client 
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Summary:

Participate in the preparation and development of comprehensive policies, methodologies, and action plans focused on citizens, while supporting the localization of jobs across institutions and sectors in coordination with relevant organizational units.


Key Responsibilities:

The role involves supporting the implementation and monitoring of Emiratization initiatives within the organization, ensuring compliance with HR policies and Emiratization rules. 

    • Ensuring proper implementation of Emiratization policies, and processes related to replacing non-local employees.
    • Preparing reports, presentations, and data related to Emiratization for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Managing and analyzing Emiratization KPIs, providing recommendations for improvements.
    • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the successful implementation of Emiratization plans and targets.
    • Analyzing Emiratization data, preparing progress reports, and identifying challenges to inform decision-making.
    • Designing and implementing Emiratization projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Reviewing and updating the Emiratization plan, developing methodologies, and conducting studies on best practices for Emiratization.
    • Regularly evaluating the progress of Emiratization efforts and recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborating with various organizational units to align Emiratization goals, monitor progress, and address challenges.

Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with 8 years of relevant work experience.

    Skills:

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information.
    • Teamwork: Strong team player, able to build trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues.
    • Technical Proficiency: Highly computer-literate, with advanced skills in a variety of software applications.
    • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze, improve, and streamline complex processes.
    • Multitasking: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in dynamic environments.
    • Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker, skilled in generating solutions and resolving issues.
