Scancruit is seeking to recruit an Influence & PR Manager on behalf of a client to take charge of the company's influencer and public relations strategies across the GCC region. This role focuses on driving impactful influencer marketing initiatives, particularly within the beauty and fashion industries. The candidate will be responsible for leading the company's efforts to engage with key influencers, media platforms, and influencer agencies. The ideal candidate will need to handle all aspects of influencer relations, from identifying and recruiting influencers to developing long-term partnerships that drive brand visibility and engagement.

In this position, you will be required to continuously research and evaluate influencers within the GCC region, specifically the UAE and Qatar, ensuring that they align with the brand’s goals and audience. This involves conducting detailed analytics to measure the success of influencer campaigns, ensuring optimal engagement and ROI. You will also manage day-to-day communications with influencers, sending promotional boxes, creating campaign briefs, and tracking results to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.


A key aspect of the role will involve working closely with external agencies, ensuring that their work is aligned with the brand’s vision and goals. You will review the work of these agencies, provide feedback, and make strategic adjustments where necessary. The Influence & PR Manager will also be responsible for initiating monthly PR collaborations and influencer campaigns, conceptualizing and executing creative projects that resonate with the target audience and enhance the company’s presence in the GCC region.


Building long-term, meaningful partnerships with influencers is another major responsibility in this role. This will involve sending gifts for special occasions, inviting influencers to exclusive events, and organizing offline meetings to strengthen relationships. Your goal will be to create a network of trusted influencers who are advocates for the brand. The role also involves overseeing the management of budgets, ensuring that all campaigns remain within financial constraints, and managing all relevant documentation to track expenses and progress.


The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with influencers in the GCC region, particularly within the beauty and fashion industries. Experience in managing influencer campaigns is essential, along with a strong understanding of the social media landscape and marketing trends. The successful candidate will be expected to stay well-informed about new and upcoming influencers in the region, using this knowledge to drive fresh and engaging campaigns. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, as the role requires maintaining strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and agencies. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized and able to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is essential to manage campaign reporting and analytics effectively.
