About the client 
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

About the position 

Designing and developing Nol services and products and digital payment systems services, designing the user journey and providing recommendations based on best practices to improve customer happiness outcomes. In addition to effective follow-up to improve the performance of the unified card and study and recommend changes and improvements related to in line with Nol's digital strategy and in accordance with the approved roadmap. 


Key results accountabilities 

  • Designing and developing services in Nol systems projects, including technical projects related to sales, payment and packaging devices in accordance with the terms of agreements concluded with the entities.
  • Design services and products for digital payment systems in accordance with the standards of creativity and innovation and advise organizational units regarding design requests. 
  • Developing Nol services and products, digital payment systems services, designing the user journey, and providing recommendations based on best practices to improve customer happiness outcomes.
  • Coordinate and follow up closely with the concerned authorities to ensure compliance with standards and best practices related to smart payment media and card services and products.
  • Ensure the compatibility of the effectiveness and design of the systems with the internal and external parties of the implemented and under implementation projects and ensure that the systems are linked to the Nol system in accordance with the technical and security standards followed.
  • Follow up and verify the customer's journey with the system of Nol, including vending machines, payment and packaging, and the extent of their compliance with the agreements concluded with the concerned authorities and their compliance.
  • Preparing the necessary reports that reflect the weaknesses of Nol's services and products and providing the necessary analysis to the direct supervisor to help take the necessary measures to reduce them and ensure that they do not recur. 
  • Commitment to test the Nol devices and systems that will be activated, ensure their quality and efficiency, and inform the direct supervisor of any deviations.
  • Executing requests for issuing quality reports on services and products for projects before the actual operation. 
  • Provide suggestions that contribute to improving the quality of projects related to the design of the user journey and that contribute to improving the user experience. 
  • Analyze customers ' needs and expectations for smart payment services in order to identify vulnerabilities and develop existing services or provide new services.
  • Conducting studies and research to develop smart payment services compared to leading international best practices.
  • Designing the customer journey for Nol digital services in coordination with other concerned departments to confirm the scope of work of the project before starting the implementation process.
  • Preparing and reviewing the reports required by the management to support decisions for the continuous development of service quality.
  • Managing gap analysis, research and studies through market analysis and customer segments, and working on analyzing Nol services against targeted plans and considering their development.
  • Implementation of quality management models based on (EFQM, DGEP or ISO) for Nol services
  • Preparing analytical reports and a summary of data for the results achieved, submitting them to the director of the department, and ensuring that they work on them in accordance with the rules and standards of the authority.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned. 

Education, skills and experience 
  • Bachelor's degree inManagement Information Systems, Computer Information Systems from an accredited university with a minimum of 8 years of work experience. 
  • 8 years work experience

  • A high degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent in identifying, examining and simplifying multiple work processes.

  • Advanced computer use with great proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications.

  • A distinguished listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and transfer information orally and in writing.

  • An effective member of the team, intelligent, and able to enhance trust in his relationships with customers and team members. 

  • A member who is able to adapt in the team to a work environment that requires the ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate concurrent projects.

  • Has an innovative problem-solving ability that produces practical and applied solutions and resolves all complaints.

  • Project Management Program Certificate Holder Preferred

  • Leadership capabilities focused on achieving goals and meeting high performance standards by maintaining motivation, productive climate and employee training.

  • Focus on achieving results through high skills in planning, organization and proper familiarity with details.
