Manage, operate and maintain Special facilities to the highest standards through carry out the maintenance work for Civil, electromechanical, fire fighting, fire alarms systems, and all other specialized systems, in addition to landscaping activities by utilizing outsourcing contractors including the management and evaluation of contractors. Provide Support and participate the Director in planning , managing and overseeing the implementation of current & future department plans & projects
Key results accountabilities

Submit regular technical reports to the director & higher management explaining the details of implementing the work programs concerning facility management areas.

Ensure that all special facilities covered by insurance contracts through coordination with C&P department.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Develop facility operation & maintenance plans by setting numeric goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based
on current and expected performance within specifications.
Develop, manage and maintain facility operation & maintenance functions which include facility operation management, civil maintenance and electro-mechanical maintenance services to ensure the effectiveness of Special facilities control.
Manage, supervise and control preventive and corrective maintenance programs of all Special facilities, infrastructure and equipments.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering: Electromechanical or Civil or Mechanical from a recognized university
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
- 7 years of working experience including at least 3 years in supervisory / leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of facility and operation management, technical and projects management and procedures.
- Good experience in data analysis, facility management techniques, Civil maintenance and Electromechanical maintenance services, site inspection procedures and operation control management.
- Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
