About the client 
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

About the position 

Lead an effective agile transformation across all applicable functions and work streams, while Provide expert advice regarding Development and corporate agility practices ensuring the alignment of these practices with the strategy, Moreover, providing a structured methodology and approach to effectively implement the development and agility practices across various areas, while bearing direct responsibility for managing the section and all related projects and initiatives. 

Key results accountabilities 

  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

  • Lead the development of new business initiatives while Working closely with Chief Executives and Directors of Departments to identify potential areas of improvement across the organization.

  • Continuously measure agile maturity in RTA and define the potential areas of improvement, in aims to increase its dynamic capabilities and enhance its core operations, to reach the desired maturity level. 

  • Participate in local and International awards, moreover ensuring all Dubai Government Excellence Program requirement are being fulfilled related to the sections scope of work.

  • Oversee the implementation of corporate development projects in coordination and liaising with different organizations’ units. 

  • Participate in activities related to strategic planning for the objective of setting and executing the goals. 

  • Manage all related documents including but not limited to Policies, Operating Models, Blue Prints, procedures regarding development and corporate agility section. 

  • Continuously leading the awareness of development & Corporate agility methodologies and practices across the company to ensure best practices are being shared and capabilities are being built. 

Knowledge, skills and experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from recognized University
  • Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
  • 7 years of related experience in related field
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
  • Certificates in the field of "EFQM, ISO9001, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Scrum Master, SAFe. Will be advantage.
