About the position
To provide strategic input by reviewing, updating & developing all human resources operations in each Agency/ Sector. To ensure that they comply with the central strategy of human resources management, development, procedures and policies
Key results accountabilities
Review & recommend updates for defined policies and processes that support the client and Agency/Sector strategy and objectives.
Use and understand HR tools and policies, to ensure their compliance across the designated Agency/ Sector.
Work with HR&D department to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance
Identify current & future manpower requirements and recommend long & short-term Manpower plans, identify future directions for the positions and required competencies in coordination with the organizational units in the Agency / sector.
Assess initiatives on regular basis that may impact manpower requirements
Drive consistency of approach across the Agency/sector in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future needs.
Use data and analysis to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies, and assess the current situation for further improvement.

Certified CIPD- SHRM

8 years of relevant working experience
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
