Our client is a promising start up Information and Technology company that offers services such as removing publications and pages which cause harm and embarrassment and loss of revenue for business and individuals. Currently, they are looking for a results-oriented Sales professional who has a background in IT sector.

Initial Set Up Objectives:

• Establish local office address and associated details.
• Set up local infrastructure.
• As directed, integrate local office with operating systems including but not limited to CRM, email, telephone communication, and assist in the development of the local website site presence, including presentation in Arabic language.
• Consult in the creation of all local digital marketing initiatives.
• Undertake and provide a territory market analysis needs report, identifying required services and market segment.
• Undertake a risk assessment of all local regulatory compliance requirements and report, for treatment purposes.
• Undertake initial training and system familiarization.

Post Set Up Objectives:

• Primary job description is to sell the services of IR.
• Respond to all inbound enquiry for services.
• Make outbound sales calls to qualified prospects.
• Make introduction calls to identified referral networks.
• Prospect for leads on review platforms and social media.
• Using CRM and VoIP technologies, update CRM with notes regarding each call.
• Follow processes to request proposals.
• Take payments over the phone.
• Update clients and provide an elevated level of customer service.
• Provide reports to management as directed.

In a Sale’s Exec role:

• Assist in recruiting and selecting sales staff.
• Set Key Performance Criteria; (KPI).
• Consult with head office to review performance of local licensee and obtain suggestions/support.
• Manage any customer or staff complaints.
• Provide direction for local industries and prospects to pursue.
• Assist with translation of documents to local licensees’ language.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable.
• Implement a Risk Management plan, monitor and audit.
