About the position:

This individual will work as part of a team, responsible for representing clients in the purchase and sale of high-end residential properties.

 

Due to the nature of the business, they must possess expertise in luxury real estate to provide a personalised service, expert guidance, and exceptional customer experience to affluent buyers and sellers. Experience in markets outside of the UAE is beneficial to market the projects to a wider audience.

 

Client Acquisition:

Identify, build rapport and relationships with affluent buyers and sellers of luxury properties. Use networking, marketing, and prospecting strategies to expand client base and generate leads.

 

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand and make decisions on property values, market trends, and competition. Provide expert advice and pricing recommendations to clients based on market conditions and available data.

 

Client Representation: Act as an advocate for clients during the buying or selling process ensuring a high level of trust and transparency.  Provide personalized service, expert negotiation, and strategic guidance to achieve optimal outcomes and exceed client expectations.

 

Transaction Management: Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, inspections, financing, and closing procedures. Ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise between all parties.

 

Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with industry professionals, including lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate transactions and enhance service offerings. Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community activities to build brand awareness and expand referral network.

 

This role will involve working with other brokers and directly with clients. The main motivation for this role is to earn commission through direct or indirect sales. The commission will be higher for direct sales. 

Requirements: 

  • UAE Developer experience.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Dubai real estate experience (minimum 2 years) is mandatory.
  • Experience and proven track records. Potentially able to demonstrate the ROI in previous businesses.
  • Exceptional Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Background in Luxury property with experience in the GCC and EU Markets.
  • This individual is required to serve as a brand ambassador, embodying a polished and professional demeanour across all aspects, including appearance, communication, and conduct.

  • Multilingual. Individuals must be fluent and well spoken in English and one other language from the following: Russian (crucial), Arabic, Spanish / Portuguese, French, Italian or German.
