About the position: 

Our client is looking for a Creative Technologist. As the Creative Technologist, you'll be the driving force at the crossroads of design, experience, and engineering. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to conceive groundbreaking tech-infused creative solutions. Your mission is to humanise technology, leveraging its potential to create disruptive and unprecedented solutions tailored to client briefs and the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualise and design innovative tech-enabled solutions that align with client briefs and the company's vision.
• Collaborate closely with Creative team, to assess the feasibility of creative ideas, within the allotted project timeframe and budget.
• Be the technical partner to the Creative team, helping to drive innovative ideas forward, and integrating new technologies.
• Apply internal and industry-accepted technology best practices to develop interactive projects.
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to make the impossible possible.
• Work with the Tech team to build proof of concepts to illustrate ideas to the Creative team, and test feasibility.
• Keep the team informed of the latest relevant emerging technologies to inspire new work.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and creative innovations.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and experienced specialists to ensure seamless integration of technology into creative projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster and drive a culture of innovation and excellence across the agency.
• Explore and recommend new technologies or tools that can enhance the creative and tech process. Review existing tech inventory and creatively repackage existing technology to make new products and solutions.
• Generate cool and innovative creative concepts by applying knowledge of tech across multiple platforms.
• All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Job Specification: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• A minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable industry knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in dynamic languages, web frameworks, and multiple APIs.
• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
