Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist for our clients team in the Middle East. In this exciting role, you will work with technical support and help the Companys partners with support and advice in the installation, service, and troubleshooting of their lifts. Your main area is the Middle East market, but as the clients partners all over the world, you will also help and support other countries. The position therefore involves some travel in order to be able to solve complex problems on site. In the future, you will also have the opportunity to train and increase the company's partner’

s competence regarding problem-solving at the elevators. At the office in Järfälla, there is a close-knit and safe group of five people with a lot of

knowledge and you will be able to get support, guidance, and a good onboarding. You will have many contact surfaces both internally and externally.

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • First-line technical support to the companys partners.
  • Receive incoming cases by phone, email, and on-site.
  • Update support documents and routines.
  • Participate in fairs and events.
  • Go out to partners and help with difficult customer problems in the Middle East and around the world.
  • Go out and train partners locally around the world.
  • Be able to identify and speak up about things not being done according the company's standard.
  • Train each person as an individual and train in a way that suits their personality and understanding.
  • Examine and test spare parts that have been returned.

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Relevant education in the field.
  • Work experience as a technician, mechanic, electrician, or similar.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written. A plus if the person knows Arabic as well.
  • Good IT experience and knowledge of the Office package and Microsoft CRM.
  • A plus if the person has a drivers license.
