Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist for our clients team in the Middle East. In this exciting role, you will work with technical support and help the Company’s partners with support and advice in the installation, service, and troubleshooting of their lifts. Your main area is the Middle East market, but as the clients partners all over the world, you will also help and support other countries. The position therefore involves some travel in order to be able to solve complex problems on site. In the future, you will also have the opportunity to train and increase the company's partner’
knowledge and you will be able to get support, guidance, and a good onboarding. You will have many contact surfaces both internally and externally.
