About the Role: 

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce within our clients organisation based in Riyadh. As the Salesforce Manager, you will play a key role in defining the product strategy, collaborating with business users, and overseeing the development and deployment of Salesforce features. This role requires a blend of technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs to drive successful Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the development, customization, and integration of Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
• Monitor Salesforce performance and usage, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data security and quality standards.
• Evaluate new Salesforce products or services and make recommendations for adoption.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration or development, with a deep understanding of the platform.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer) preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Saudi National with the right to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
