About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our clients department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for the network, servers, and helpdesk operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement effective solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals including helpdesk staff, network administrators, and system engineers.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects and initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology requirements and propose solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other departments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and helpdesk operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Saudi National with the right to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
