Abou the position:

• Build strong client relationships and guide them throughout their buying, selling, or renting needs. 
• Identify and understand the needs and preferences of clients to effectively match them with suitable properties.
• Utilize your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate sales; at least one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or other relevant degrees.
• Fluent English.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.

Preferred skills:

• UAE driving license. 
• Speaking other languages fluently, such as Arabic.
• Already residing in the UAE.
