Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our clients organisation. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and benefits administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR functions and oversee day-to-day operational inquiries.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues between employer and employees.
  • Resolve employee concerns or escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Private Office Manager to address performance-related matters effectively.
  • Discuss and manage compensation, benefits programs, and payroll with employer.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries, enrollment, and administration.
  • Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Support HR compliance efforts, including data privacy and employment laws.
  • Keep HR manuals updated with the latest labor laws and regulations, proposing necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to PR work, such as visa issuance and renewals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with compensation, benefits administration, and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; HR certification is a plus.
