About the role:

This is a key role within the business. This individual will lead and coach the team, helping them to expand into the luxury real estate market. They will develop and implement sales strategies aligned to the clientele and regions, as well as understand how to approach each of the subgroups appropriately. 


The Sales Manager must have hands-on knowledge and experience in the real estate market in Dubai, stay up to date on any trends and developments, then use this knowledge to assist and guide their clients. 

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. You will play a crucial role in guiding the sales department and ensuring that it operates effectively.


Requirements: 

  • UAE driving license and own vehicle. 
  • Strong experience selling Residential and Commercial property, in particular Hotel Rooms. 
  • Dubai real estate experience (minimum 5 years) is mandatory. 
  • Experience in selling and managing luxury property. 
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Network and rapport building skills. 
  • Real Estate License and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. 
  • Proven track record in sales, sales management, customer service and sales. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
