About the position 
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment and Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of sourcing, assessing, onboarding, training, and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and contribute effectively to the organisation's success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Design and implement effective assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Develop and administer pre-employment tests, interviews, and assessments tailored to each position's requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to evaluate candidate performance and suitability for the role.
  • Shortlist candidates based on assessment results and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate new employees' integration into the organization.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding and training process.
  • Administer exams or assessments to evaluate employees' understanding of training materials and job responsibilities.
  • Analyze exam results to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth and development.
  • Monitor employees' performance and progress to ensure they meet performance standards and objectives.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with employees to assess their job satisfaction and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Identify opportunities for additional training or development to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness in HR processes and practices.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, assessment, and training, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
