General Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive fluent in Russian to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our property management services to Russian-speaking clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target Russian-speaking clients interested in property management services.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the Russian-speaking market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring consistent performance and revenue generation.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Russian Speaking (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property management practices is desirable.
