Job function: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the entire sales and after sales process, from onboarding new customers to arranging the deliveries of vehicles and coordinating payments. You will be responsible for supporting our online sales team with all operational tasks during the sales process and be the first point of contact after vehicles are sold. 


Tasks: 

  • Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction after the sale. 
  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate inventory records. 
  • Independently managing the entire after sales process, including documentation, export, invoicing and logistics. 
  • Coordinate and monitor import/export restrictions, bank compliance, legislation and local market requirements. 
  • Resolve any customer problems or complaints. 
  • Evaluate after-sales processes and contribute to continuous improvements. 

Profile: 

  • Experience in operations, logistics and after-sales in international trade. Product knowledge is not necessary, you will learn this during your onboarding program. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in at least two languages. 
  • Operational talent with a result-oriented attitude. Your clients range from freelancers to directors of large multinationals. You adapt your communication effortlessly and seamlessly to help all customers and suppliers. You are detailed, proactive and see it as a challenge to take care of complex orders and handle them seamlessly. 
  • Independent and able to work in a structured and effective manner in an international environment 
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, but willing to take the extra step when necessary.
