Our Client:

Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.


Job Purpose: 
Effective planning for training and development programs for the companys leadership categories by ensuring the effective succession plan and efficiency of its outputs and alignment with the strategic objectives.

Key Results Accountabilities: 
  • Identify KPIs gaps from targets and recommend corrective actions and areas for improvement in coordination with section manager.
  • Coordinate with relevant partners to develop, improve, disseminate and measure the development programs effectiveness.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Executive Directors, Directors and Managers to develop succession plan.
  • Manage the automation of succession plan and prepare relevant reports on compliance with the approved plan.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with DGHR as needed to update and develop the career succession.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Prepare, plan and support continuous development of future leaders by combining succession plan and career development.
  • Perform talent assessment for the staff to identify the gaps in talent and provide development opportunities for succession and career development and leaders training.
  • Design and develop talent management programs and workshops and leadership training to meet the business objectives.
  • Prepare training plans for leadership taking in consideration the application of training needs identification criteria as per organisation strategic goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 
  • Master Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a recognized University with minimum 9 years of experience.
  • Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • 10 years of working experience.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
