Job Purpose: 

The Development and Academic Effectiveness Manager will play a role in advancing the company's executive education programs. This position involves spearheading the growth and enhancement of programs, particularly in emerging fields such as AI, digital transformation, and technologies. The successful candidate will establish strategic collaborations, manage program portfolios, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative executive education experiences. Additionally, the role requires effective partnership management with the government, industry leaders, and technology companies to align programs with national agendas and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and enhancement of executive education programs by introducing cutting-edge initiatives addressing emerging industry trends.
• Develop and implement an executive program in AI and digital transformation, ensuring leaders are equipped with essential knowledge.
• Create strong partnerships with the government, to design customized development programs aligned with national agendas.
• Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring adherence to budgetary controls and optimizing program profitability without compromising learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, comprising academics, industry experts, and external consultants, to deliver innovative executive education programs.
• Harmonize efforts of various stakeholders to solidify the institution's reputation as a premier provider of forward-looking executive education in the GCC and Middle East.
• Establish strategic priorities and manage partnerships with government and private sector clients to diversify the executive education portfolio.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to expand the executive education portfolio.
• Enhance talent management processes, actively identifying high-potential employees and designing customized leadership development programs.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts, cultivating a talent pipeline of future leaders who significantly contribute to the organization's growth.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of quality standards and accreditation of professional and executive education programs.

• Proven experience in developing and managing executive education programs.
• Strong understanding of emerging industry trends, particularly in AI, digital transformation, and technologies.
• Successful track record in establishing and managing collaborations with industry leaders, technology companies, and the government.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and harmonize efforts of various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing program portfolios while optimizing profitability and maintaining exceptional learning experiences.
• Experience in transitioning executive education offerings to online formats, leveraging innovative learning technologies.
• Talent management expertise, including identification of high-potential employees and designing leadership development programs.
