Our client is a Swedish IT consultancy firm providing tailor-made CRM solutions that ensure the best possible results for business through multiple CRM technologies with offices in Stockholm, Dubai, San Francisco, Barcelona.

About the role:

As a developer you will be working as part of an agile team to gather requirements through workshops and build and maintain a backlog for our customers. Each agile team consists of the Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and the team members, who all contribute and collaborate, to deliver successful projects together.

Developers will gather requirements and interface with teams on the customer’s side to build integrations and customizations where needed, as well as be able to configure the platforms and solutions in conjunction with or sometimes instead of the application consultants. The Developers are expected and encouraged to learn new things and apply an open mindset to how they can solve business requirements and business values with the help of the technologies they work with. The role is customer facing and requires excellent communications skills and abilities to present.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English
Good written and verbal Swedish (preferable if it’s in Sweden)
Strong communication and presentation skills
3+ years of experience as a developer
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferable, not a must)
Knowledge in: Apex, Flows, Databases / SQL, Integrations, CRM

Key responsibilities:

Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
Configure and customize Salesforce entities, workflows, forms, and views
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using relevant languages
Create and integrate plugins, custom connectors, and web services
Perform data migrations and integrations with third-party systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors in Salesforce
Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
Implement security measures and user access controls
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices
Test and deploy solutions, adhering to development standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, project management, and business analysts, to deliver successful projects
Document system architecture, configurations, and code changes
