They provide tailor-made solutions that matches to their customer’s needs, with offices in Dubai, San Francisco, Barcelona and Stockholm. All of their consultants and project managers are able to work hands-on, not “just” manage projects or lead people. They want people who want to come onboard and are eager to be experts in their field. They have an annual certification allowance, and plan together with each team member on how she or he wants to grow.
About the position:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled CRM Platform Customizer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms, with expertise in customizing and optimizing CRM solutions. The Customizer will play a crucial role in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM systems to meet the organization's business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Configuration: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced configuration, including creating custom entities, complex workflows, and automation rules.
- Integration: Understand and implement effective integrations between CRM systems and other applications and data sources.
- Data Migration: Possess expertise in data migration, data transformation, and data cleansing activities.
- Customization Extensions: Ability to write simple scripts or use scripting tools (e.g., JavaScript in Dynamics 365) to extend platform functionality.
- Business Process Mapping: Map and optimize complex business processes within the CRM system.
- Security and Access Control: Manage complex security models, including role-based security and data sharing settings.
- Advanced Reporting: Create advanced reports using features like advanced find, custom fetch XML, or SOQL queries.
- Solution Management: Package and deploy customizations using solution files.
- Architecture and Design: Design the CRM system's architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Custom Development: Demonstrate proficiency in custom coding and development using platform-specific languages (e.g., C# for Dynamics 365).
- Advanced Integration: Expertise in complex integrations with third-party systems and services.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Governance and Best Practices: Establish governance policies, best practices, and development standards for the CRM platform.
- Complex Reporting: Build complex reports and analytics solutions with deep insights.
- Custom Application Development: Develop custom applications or extensions on top of the CRM platform.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts for CRM system updates and enhancements.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior customizers and development teams.
- Certifications: Achieve platform-specific certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest platform features, updates, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
