Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with at least 8 years of specialized expertise in recruitment client management? 

Join us as we seek a proactive individual to spearhead our expansion efforts within the recruitment industry.
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, entrusted with crafting and executing a tailored sales strategy focused on driving sustainable financial growth and fostering enduring relationships with recruitment clients. Your mission is to innovate, strategize, and elevate our presence in the recruitment landscape.
Your journey involves orchestrating innovative sales tactics designed explicitly for the recruitment sector. Beyond securing deals, your commitment extends to nurturing long-term connections, ensuring compliance, and offering exceptional post-sales support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
  • Promote our products/services while addressing and predicting client objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of sales and revenue, etc.
  • Provide dependable feedback and post-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Work under retainer model
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • In-depth market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong time management and planning abilities.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
