About the position:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our clients team as a Personal Assistant for a private residence. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of the household. This position requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.

Requirements: 
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in hospitality or private VVIP family
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing work and family diaries/schedules.
  • Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the villa manager.
  • A brilliant multi-tasker, Technology Savy
  • From project managing, organizing diaries, keeping notes, and scheduling meetings to setting up conferences and assisting with travel trips.
  • Managing everything with confidentiality and integrity
  • Managing all tasks and errands assigned personally to them.
  • Visa and hotel management
  • Excellent in communication
  • Stakeholder management internally and externally
  • Excellent computer literate (MS Office and preparing reports and power point presentation)
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with Proactive Approach (can do attitude and passion to assistant with integrity and confidentiality)
