About the client: 
We have a privilege to introduce a position for a confidential high-end state family in the UAE.

About the position:
  • Attends to the needs of the lady of the house.
  • Provide oversight of all household activities assuring timely and high quality completion of all tasks.
  • Ensure that the premise is performing highly by monitoring daily operational activities and guiding employees.
  • Collaborate with managers from other Departments and headquarter of the Group, individuals, external institutions, and agencies on a range of specified issues in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the Premise.
  • Set the needed policies and procedures of the household and ensure their efficient implementation.
  • Provide instructions and monitor staff performance and provide training when necessary.
  • Plan human resources needs, maintain labor costs, and update the organizational chart.
  • Recruit, interview, and refer to employer’s approval all recommended household staff. Discharge all unsatisfactory staff.
  • Develop proposed budgets for running the household.
  • Perform shopping and errands in accordance with employer’s guidelines.
  • Make travel vacation and lodging arrangements.
  • Pack and unpack traveller’s luggage.
  • Arrange for entertainments, and social activities as requested.
  • Recipient of this Agreement MUST abide by the principle of confidentiality.
  • Plan the needed manpower and involve in the selection process.
  • Organize work time schedules for all employees to ensure the premise is operating up to the standards.
  • Establish inspection procedures for living-in employees.
  • Supervise Employees’ vacation plans.
  • Prepare a periodic report about divisions and employees’ performance.
  • Provide support for service providers and control inventory.
  • Liaise with Architect, Project Engineer & Contractors for ongoing or new projects on the Premises or any other related tasks with third parties.
  • Supervise the work of contractors, service people, artisans, and all other household and non-household employees assuring the best quality of work, and adherence to all household standards and expectations.
  • Oversee delivery of supplies, arrangement of tables, décor, and provision of services.
  • Set and enforce safety procedures for incoming products.
