They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience of leading large and complex ERP projects to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of ERP projects across the organization.

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager specializing in ERP systems, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to the implementation of SAP and M3 ERP systems, including migrations from legacy systems of similar complexity and scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end ERP project management initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements and ensure delivery.

Business Process Management:

• Facilitate the project team to deliver solutions tailored to business process requirements as well as change management of existing processes based on the agreed solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices and leverage ERP expertise to optimize business processes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with ERP projects, including issues related to data migration, integration, and system customization.
• Proactively address challenges to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Resource Management:

• Collaborate with resource managers to allocate and optimize resources for ERP projects.
• Ensure that team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for successful ERP project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes specific to ERP projects.
• Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of ERP implementations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and skills required:

• University degree in relevant field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other similar certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on large-scale ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP and M3 is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows related to ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
