They have been pleasing customers with the best services, assortments, professional recommendations, and expert approach. They are opening up a line of new stores in the UAE and Qatar.

About the position: 

We are looking for a Store Manager for our client who is one of the leaders within the beauty industry. They are opening stores for one of their leading own brands in Qatar. Famous for its unique nourishing formulas based on milk proteins, the product has carved out a unique positioning, aiming at younger audiences who want a sense of light-hearted fun in their bath and body products.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Implement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, including retail, support teams, and HQ, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, operations, and customer service within the beauty/retail/hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of effective decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, service excellence, and commercial Key Performance Tracking Systems (KPTS).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in cross-functional team management.
  • Familiarity with the commercial landscape and market awareness in the Middle East.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
  • Driven by a strong desire to achieve results and implement positive changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced setting and understanding of evolving business needs.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is preferable.
