Our Client:
Our client is a leading company in the beauty industry. With a strong focus on growth and innovation, they are expanding their operations across Saudi Arabia. They are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services, making a significant impact on the beauty industry in the region.
About the Position:
As the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the franchises, acting as the "eyes and ears" on the ground. You will be responsible for implementing new services and products, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. Your proactive approach and operational expertise will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of the company. This role will initially involve managing six locations, with an additional six locations expected to be added within the next six months. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager based in Dubai, and it requires frequent travel across the Eastern Province and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to foster strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Successful track record in operations management, with a focus on achieving and maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Eastern Province and Jeddah.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory environment would be highly advantageous.
