Through their work they facilitate dynamic exchanges among proactive leaders from diverse political and economic backgrounds, ultimately driving the global conversation forward.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing all Company legal matters (including but not limited to commercial; labour, rental dispute, Contractual Services, etc.)
• Co-ordinate in resolving any legal issues arising during business and ensure that Companies' rights are protected.
• Have knowledge and experience with Intellectual Property.
• Advise and assist with company set up in the GCC region. 
• Interpret and provide legal consultation on UAE, KSA and International law (US & EU).
• Analyse contract proposals and formalize contract amendments and maintain essential information with summary of each contract in Arabic & English.
• Provide advisory to the senior management on legal matters.
• Be able to create manual drafts on Corporate Governance. 

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 7 years experience in similar field within KSA/UAE
• Analytical and counselling skills 
• Ethical; unbiased and independent
• Self-starter, able to work independently and to bridge cultures.
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management.
• Assertive and balanced personality with sound integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and swiftly handle complex situations. 
• Strong command over English Language and Arabic is preferred.
