Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facility. This position involves various cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
• Ensure all areas are maintained and inspected according to the company's standards.
• Dispose of trash and waste in a proper manner.
• Prepare and clean meeting rooms and lunch room
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required.
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in cleaning or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a commercial or industrial setting.
