Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Head of Design / UX Designer to join our passionate team and lead the design efforts for our groundbreaking recruitment system. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, defining feature roadmaps, and bringing creative concepts to life. Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Visual Design: Create visually stunning and consistent designs for web and mobile interfaces that align with our brand identity
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to translate product requirements into exceptional design solutions.
• Feature Roadmap: Contribute to defining the product feature roadmap, prioritizing based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Hands-On Design: Be hands-on in your design work, utilizing design tools such as Figma and others to create and iterate on design drafts.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Design System: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designer, creating a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or Head of Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Expert in Figma and fluent in using the auto layout with deep understanding of flex and web/software structure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience working in Agile and Live development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams and developers.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to product strategy and feature prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
