- 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
- Ensure that the company's investments align with its long-term goals, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while minimizing risk.
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies: The executive director is responsible for establishing efficient and effective project management processes and methodologies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Providing technical leadership: They must provide technical leadership to the engineering and project management teams, ensuring that members have the skills, resources, and tools needed to achieve project success.
- Managing resources: The executive director is responsible for managing resources such as budget, personnel, and equipment to ensure projects are executed within approved parameters.
- Ensuring quality and safety standards: The director has a strategic responsibility to ensure that all projects are executed according to industry standards for quality and safety.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders: The director must maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as investors, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.
- Involvement in evaluating potential investment opportunities and developing investment strategies that align with the company's objectives and risk tolerance
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness in investment decision-making and project delivery.
