Job Purpose:

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide professional secretarial and administrative support. You will work closely with the General Counsel and Board Secretary on a variety of tasks related to stakeholders, legal department, internal auditing, and the compliance department. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, structured, and have great time management skills as well as be able to act without guidance.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Takes on all the administrative duties of board management to ensure each meeting is smooth and productive.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, board of directors, and other external partners. Following up with staying on top of all projects.
  • Responsible for creating high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Manage information flow in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings.
  • Responsible for documenting meetings and preparing minutes of meetings of the board and executive members.
  • Ensure that all reports submitted to the board or prepared by the board have been retained, including but not limited to quarterly and annual reports.
  • Responsible for a discrete and confidential approach to working tasks.

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
  • Comfortable and calm under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset, Detail-oriented, and good in problem-solving.
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Board Secretary Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role for no less than 5 years.
  • Professional communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
