Responsibilities:

  • Search for commercial real estate for opening stores, evaluation according to the given criteria.
  • Negotiating with property owners, signing lease agreements for new projects on favorable terms for the company.
  • Reporting, work with documents, coordination within the company.
  • Assisting lawyers in negotiating lease agreements.
  • Negotiating with existing landlords on current issues.
  • Extension of existing lease agreements
  • Analysis of the real estate market.
  • Maintaining loyal and effective relationships with Landlords.
  • Organizing and controlling the procedure of obtaining all the necessary initial and permissive documentation for the implementation of projects.
  • Conducting tenders and concluding contracts for the implementation of projects in the field of design, construction, retail equipment.
  • Conclusion of necessary contracts with contractors in the field of design, construction, commercial equipment. 
  • Conducting all necessary approvals of contractors with Landlords and authorities.
  • Control of project concept development and coordination within the company and with Landlords.
  • Control of the entire project cycle: design, approvals, construction and installation works, production and installation of trade equipment, commissioning of the facility. 
  • Control, coordination and prompt resolution of arising issues during construction. 
  • Coordination of deadlines for all works on project realization. 
  • Quality control of works during the implementation of project. 
  • Coordination of works of all departments related to the project realization. 
  • Support of works on elimination of deficiencies. 
  • Full cycle of document management with counter parties

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field (experience in Middle East countries is an advantage)
  • Technical (construction) education
  • Readiness for business trips
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market
  • Fluent English
