Key accountabilities: 

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
• Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
• Review corporate and client income tax returns to ensure accuracy.
• Provide clarity and support through financial/business analysis/benchmarks to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Financial modelling and meaningful information consolidation.
• Providing fit for purpose information to aid decision-making.
• Ensuring accurate forecast (including implementation of new forecasting models).
• Maintain accurate financial records for the Business.
• Ensure inter-company trading is monitored and effectively recorded.
• Ensure that all transactional and taxation requirements are met.
• Keep on top of changes in regulation and legislation.

• Demonstrable experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership. 
• Ideally, have experience managing finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting), in a multi-national environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A fully Qualified Accountant; ACCA/ CIMA / ACA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience
