They have been pleasing customers with the best services, assortments, professional recommendations, and expert approach. They are opening up a line of new stores in the UAE and Qatar.

About the position:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their beauty stores across the entire UAE market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that promote revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be entrusted with leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results and uphold our brand's reputation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and campaigns to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to consistently deliver top customer service and meet performance goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners within the beauty industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and optimize store performance.
  • Ensure the store maintains visual and operational standards that align with the brand's identity and customer expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent in English and Arabic
  • Min. 3 years of proven experience in sales management, mandatory in the retail, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
  • Adept at data analysis and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Passion for beauty products and an understanding of market trends.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
