Our client
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
- Act as the first point of contact for any clarifications and disputes pertaining the project scope during the artificial intelligence planning and execution phases
- Innovate in artificial intelligence to create capabilities in areas such as customer engagement, employees empowering, operations optimization, and service innovation using machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and robotics, and solicit and evaluate artificial intelligence related requests.
- Support executing and implementing Artificial Intelligence Strategy in alignment with Digital Strategy to elevate in artificial intelligence practices and increase reliability on AI in the Services
- Identify key performance indicators and develop cost/benefit analysis to forecast and measure the benefits of artificial intelligence systems and services.
- Research artificial intelligence trends both in terms of business applications and process automation.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality of a proposed artificial intelligence initiatives and projects and identify and recommend options and solutions that best serve business needs across the company.
- Understand the business strategy and develop artificial intelligence business cases and initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with 8 years of experience, With PMP / Masters preferred from a recognized university
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent understanding and work experience in business analysis related to artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and robotics.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence ongoing evolution and knowledge on latest developments of artificial intelligence practices and awareness of international best practices related to artificial intelligence
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
- Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
