They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Results Accountabilities

• Contributes to developing the companys technology strategy and the policies, standards, and procedures necessary to implement it with a focus on smart services
• Provides inputs into the demand management processes and the development of business and technical requirements discovery, analysis and documentation for the information technology smart services department
• Supports the director in developing the annual budget and forecasts, monitoring the implementation, evaluating and recommending specific adjustments during the implementation to satisfy project needs.
• Supports the development of smart services enterprise architecture standards
• Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
• Supports the director with managing the resources needed for smart services, payments, channels and advising on smart services infrastructure requirements
• Monitors and reviews the smart services department portfolio for priorities, cost, risk, and the strategic benefits to be realized
• Works closely with the departments section managers to create the information technology department service catalogue and reports on service level performance as per agreed SLA’s. Puts together and conducts satisfaction surveys for information technology strategy & governance department services

• Master’s degree in Information Technology from a recognized University.
