Our Client
Our client is providing an advanced transport network for the people of Dubai. They have been high on the government’s agenda, which is evident from its initiatives to enhance the public transport facilities and improve roads across the emirate to make travel safer and smoother. Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Purpose
Effectively manage the recruitment functions integrated with the HRD strategic plan, and objectives. Provide Support and participate the Director in planning , managing and overseeing the implementation of current & future department plans & projects .

Key Results Accountabilities
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify recruitment activities and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's recruitment process to HRD director.
  • Develop & implement a strategy for recruiting and retaining the high quality talent within the budget allocated to achieve overall goals.
  • Review applications, shortlist applicants, implement selection processes, conduct interviews and where necessary involve psychometrics tests and development centers.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of recruitment team relating to employment, selection, employee relations and use metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Study and implement the Human Resources Law – recruitment policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered with government authorities.
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract appropriate levels of quality staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources from a recognized University
  • Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • 7 years of working experience including at least 3 years in supervisory / leadership role.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
