Our client: 

Our client is an international publisher with followers worldwide. Their innovative content has captured a highly engaged audience and they have now expanded into more industries. 


They are now looking for an Account Manager to lead our post-sales process and the nurturing of their existing client relationships through to renewal. Although based in London, you will work at a global level given the nature of their business and client relationships. Because they are a start-up and new in the digital media world, they expect you to be very hands on with clients and in developing processes to improve the client experience. 


What you’ll do: 

  • Managing live campaigns, working closely with the content and sales teams to ensure deliverables are executed to plan and that we over-deliver vs our KPIs. 
  • Lead point of contact for client business post-sale, focusing on delivering client satisfaction and nurturing the relationship to drive re bookings and account growth. 
  • Developing and presenting post-campaign reports for clients, pulling out the key insights that tell the story of success for each campaign. 
  • Weekly client check-ins and updates on all live campaigns. 
  • Supporting the sales team in re-engaging with lapsed customers to drive account renewal. 
  • Managing a client dashboard containing key KPIs for all campaigns. 
  • Implement processes and systems to improve internal efficiency and enhance the client experience. 
  • Support the sales team in collateral for targeting key accounts, i.e. our editorial performance over the last 12 months for a specific brand we are pitching for. 


What we are looking for: 

  • Experience managing clients direct and agencies for campaign activations. 
  • Incredible eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills — comfortable pulling together timelines and working with project management software. 
  • Self-starter — proactive in bringing forward ideas/solutions and new processes. 
  • Understands startup culture & has experience in building new products and processes. 
  • Strong client experience and experience dealing with key decision-makers. 
  • Has an interest in the latest cars and upcoming gadgets. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management/account management for a media company.
