About the position: The Senior Sales Executive will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and will be responsible for marketing the company’s products and services in an engaging, effective, and cost-efficient way that generates profitable sales while promoting the long-term success of the brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels and other stakeholders.
• Manage the sales team, providing training and support to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Some analytical tasks are required as a support :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Create and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Collect and analyze sales data to provide reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of changes in the industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• Professional training in F&B industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial activity.
• Full command of English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of some other main languages.
• UAE Driving Licence.

Salary: Attractive income : Fix + Commissions
