About the position: 
The position is to bridge the business and core tech development team to get the project successfully completed. You will be responsible to shape and build the first digital platform and oversee the workflow for all key features and functionality the platform has to offer. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the car auction and luxury goods space. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the auction platform market. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, creating and maintaining a product backlog. 
• Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using design tools preferably such as XD. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure an intuitive and visually appealing user experience. 

• Drive an agile process by working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers. 
• Define and track project goals, timelines, and success metrics. 
• Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. 
• Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. 

• Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and updates to internal C-level and external stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a successful product launch and ongoing user satisfaction. 

• You have a high passion for high end & unique cars and building products. 
• You enjoy doing deeper research to fully understand workflows and can effectively communicate that to developers & c-level management. 
• You have a "can do" and curious attitude to learn and find solutions with their in-house specialists, global partners and third party providers to lead to build the world’s best digital auction platform worldwide!
