Accountability:

Sales Oriented

  • Acquire, Develop, and maintain strong customer relations ensuring customer satisfaction combined with operational excellence and customer service. 
  • Provide solutions to clients thereby increasing the revenue and gross margin potential.
  • Conduct client visits, calls, presentations, quarterly business reviews, negotiations, and contracts and engage the GM on such client calls.
  • Ensure the proper transition of the client to operate and engage in the SOP creation for the client. 
  • Responsible to Conduct presentations and provide proposals to project clients. 
  • Develop a list of new targets on a weekly basis in the sales pipeline and discuss the strategy to onboard the business. 
  • Responsible to achieve the target as defined and budgeted growth within the freight vertical. 


Internal Functions 

  • Ensure Customer commitments are clearly communicated to respective operations – clear business setup process. 
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints and provide customised solutions. 
  • Ensure that all data for clients onboarded are inputted on CRM and reviewed on a weekly basis. 
  • Participate in the weekly and monthly sales meetings. 
  • Perform roles and responsibilities in compliance with Company Policies & Ethics, QHSE standards and Anti-Corruption policies. • Attend and complete trainings as set out by the organization. 
  • While drafting commercial contracts use sound judgement, manage risk, estimate risk/losses from litigation in conjunction with finance and legal services. 
  • Monitor the creditworthiness of clients once onboarded and work closely with the finance department on a weekly basis to ensure prompt payments within the credit term.


Qualifications:

  • University Degree 
  • 5 years of experience with a Freight Forwarding Company in In Abu Dhabi 
  • Proficient knowledge of Freight Products Rates. 
  • Proficient IT and Computer Literacy Skills. 
  • English Language Communication Skills & knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage. 
  • Good Communication Skills. 
  • Proficient Negotiation Skills. 
  • Team Building Skills.
  • Well-rounded personality and detailed sound knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Industrial market.
