Now, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The mission of the role will be to secure the growth and sales targets for Scancruit by attracting candidates around the world and finding the right talents. 

What to do:

• Actively source and place candidates
• Assist clients and candidates in finding recruitment and hiring solutions
  
• Manage both sides of the relationship throughout the interview process in order to provide best-in-class service
  
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and their environment
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the recruitment industry in the middle east
  
• An ambitious, outgoing personality with a desire to work with people
• Positivity & enthusiasm - a can-do attitude!
• A willingness to learn and keenness to develop themselves personally
• An international growth mindset
• Experience in business development, sales, and target-orientated field
