Now, we are looking for a 360 Degree Recruitment Manager to join our new office in Saudi Arabia. The mission of the role will be to secure the growth and sales targets for Scancruit by attracting companies around the world and finding the right talents to grow their company. 

What to do:

•   Develop and sustain client relationships

•   Actively source and place candidates

•   Own the entire sales cycle and close high-level deals

•   Assist clients and candidates in finding recruitment and hiring solutions

•   Manage the Scancruit office in Saudi Arabia and be responsible for certain admin tasks

•   Manage both sides of the relationship throughout the interview process in order to provide best-in-class service to clients and candidates.  

Qualifications:

•  5+ years’ experience in a similar role in a recruitment company in Saudi Arabia

•  Experience in business development, sales, and target-orientated field

•  An ambitious, outgoing personality with a desire to work with people

•  Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

•  Sales skills and a proactive mindset

•  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

•  Excellent organizational and leadership skills

•  Positivity & enthusiasm - a can-do attitude!

•  A willingness to learn and keenness to develop themselves personally
