The company is a regional leader in providing high-quality travel and transportation management services to executive corporate clients in GCC, the Middle East, and Europe. They incorporate comprehensive travel and transportation services by providing their clients with a one-stop hub for all their business needs. Now they are looking to hire a Travel and Tourism Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling one of our key clients including making reservations and bookings, flights, hotels, transportation, and visa issuance
• Lead on day-to-day operations, requests, and follow-ups
• Good amount of knowledge regarding visa issuance procedures 
• Understands the importance of booking & reservation policies
• Ensure clients are always satisfied by demonstrating a deep commitment and understanding of their requests while always trying to exceed their expectations in delivering the best service. 
• Offer and promote different services and offerings

• Minimum 5 -7 years experience in travel reservation and bookings, transportation, and visa issuance
• Excellent knowledge of using Travel Agent GDS systems (Amadeus)
• Excellent English & Arabic language in both spoken & written
